Communications

Through its award-winning print and broadcast outlets, the communications department, which we call the Greyhound Media Network, provides Carmel High School students the opportunity to explore various aspects of broadcasting, journalism and mass communications with hands-on experiences in a "real world" environment.

Students begin their journey by taking one of a variety of introductory classes geared toward training students with the necessary skills and tools they'll need to continue through one of our programs, which includes radio, television, newspaper and yearbook. Many students are part of the communications department for their entire four years in high school.
