Opportunities for Individual Hours - Letter from Ms. Stephanie Lyons

Hi Everyone-

We are coordinating a Volunteer Day on Saturday, May 18th from 9-2pm at our Clinton Street House (1340 Clinton Street, Noblesville IN).  We are preparing to put it on the Real Estate Market and need help with painting, cleaning,  minor maintenance/repairs, moving furniture, and landscaping.

We are hoping for 10-20 volunteers and ask for your help by attending and/or spreading the word to your co-workers, friends, neighbors, clubs, churches, etc.  Also, if you know of any high school students looking for volunteer hours, this is a great project.

If you can only attend a part of the day due to other commitments, that is fine, just let me know.  If Saturday, May 18th doesn’t work in your schedule but you are interested in helping another time, please let me know that as well.  I will be happy to coordinate another day/time with you and/or your group as I will be scheduling a second volunteer work day.

Lastly, if you are able to attend, we ask that you help by bringing some tools that you can use such as; paint brushes, rollers, paint pans, ladders, hedge trimmers, gloves, cleaning supplies, screw drivers, pliers, etc.  We will have some items to use but not enough for 20 people nor high quality items. J

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks and I hope to see you on the 18th!

Stephanie
