7th Grade Football Information

Football Equipment Order Form - Must be completed by July 13th.

Physical and Consent Forms

Important Dates:

Equipment Issue - July 30th at 8am.  Practice to immediately follow until 11am.

Practice - Monday-Friday July 31st to August 10th 7:30-9:30am.

Practice - Beginning Monday August 13th, Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30.

ATTENTION FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND PARENTS....

It is a policy of the Carmel Clay Schools that no athlete will be permitted to use his/her own safety equipment consisting of helmet and shoulder pads.  The equipment will be issued by the Carmel Clay Schools.

Tryout Information

All Participants must have a complete, valid physical exam, as well as Athletic Consent form from this school year on file before attending or participating in any practice.  Forms can be online with Athletic Consent forms completed through myCCS.  More information can be found in the forms section of the Clay Athletics website.

 

Parent Meeting Information

Parent meeting will occur one evening in August in the Clay Auditorium.  Further information will be provided at the beginning of practice.  Parents are highly encouraged to attend to receive information on the upcoming season.
