Cross Country

 

2017 Summer Runs

Clay summer runs will begin on Monday, June 19th 2017 and end on Wednesday, July 26th 2017. There will be a workout every Monday and Wednesday except Monday, July 3rd. All workouts will be from 6:30 - 7:30. 

Mondays - River Road Park (126th and River Road).

Wednesdays -  Northview Church (E. Main and Hazel Dell)

All runners must have an athletic physical and consent on file in order to participate after July 1.  ***ALL PHYSICALS MUST BE SIGNED BY THE MD or DO, PHYSICIAN ASST, OR NURSE PRACTITIONER.  STAMPED SIGNATURES WILL NO LONGER BE VALID*** 

Once your runner has a physical and consent on file at Clay, he/she can participate for the July meetings.

THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SUMMER RUNS THE WEEK OF July 31st - August 4th

 

Practice:  Monday August 7th, 2017 - Saturday, August 12th

Monday - Thursday 6:30 - 7:30pm (Meet at the Clay track)

Friday - No Practice

Saturday - Optional Practice 8:00-9:00am (Meet at the Clay track)

Practice: Monday, August 14th - Saturday, August 19th

Monday - Friday 3:30-5:00

Saturday - Optional Practice 8:00-9:00am (Meet at the Clay track)

**All athletes must participate in 10 practices before running in a meet.  The 10 practices will be counted starting on August 7th, 2017**

***All athletes must have a physical and consent on file in order to participate in practices and meets***
