Cross Country

 

2016 Summer Runs

Clay summer runs will begin on Monday, June 20th 2016 and end on Wednesday, July 27th 2016. There will be a workout every Monday and Wednesday except Monday, July 4th. All workouts will be from 6:30 - 7:30. 

Mondays - River Road Park (126th and River Road).

Wednesdays -  Northview Church (E. Main and Hazel Dell)

All runners must have an athletic physical and consent on file in order to participate after July 1.  ***ALL PHYSICALS MUST BE SIGNED BY THE MD or DO.  STAMPED SIGNATURES WILL NO LONGER BE VALID*** 

Once your runner has a physical and consent on file at Clay, he/she can participate for the July meetings.

Daily Practice Times (Starting Monday August 8th, 2016):

Monday - 3:30 - 5:00

Tuesday - Friday - 3:30-5:00

**All athletes must participate in 10 practices before running in a meet.  The 10 practices will be counted starting on August 8th**

***All athletes must have a physical and consent on file in order to participate in practices and meets***
