Our goal is to bring together parents and teachers to promote the welfare of the children, school and community. To establish a close working relationship with each other, to culivate fellowship among the organization members and to contribute to the highest possible standards of the home and the school.

The PTO is looking forward to a fun and rewarding school year.  For those of you not familiar with PTO, we sponsor fundraisers and school events throughout the school year for students, families and staff of Clay Middle School.  Check out all that is happening with the PTO by using the links to the left.

We are always looking for additional volunteers and new ideas! The more volunteers we have the better we can organize and plan activities to benefit our students and school.  If you have any questions about the PTO or about events, please feel free to contact any Director that is listed under the Leadership tab.  Thank you for your interest and support.



8th Grade Graduation Celebration!

A fun evening is planned for the end of the school year. The eighth-grade party theme will be a glow and the dark party. It will be held at Carmel High School on May 25 from 6:30-8pm. Students will have a DJ, photo booth, games, pizza, prizes and more.

Drop off and pick up will now be Door 7. We will be in the Main Cafeteria. 

The dress code for the party is casual, yet students should follow the school’s normal dress code. There will be black lights, so neon and white will show up the best. No matter if your outfit glows, you can get all your glow accessories at the glow bar.

The Glow party is sure to be a night you won’t forget, so buy your tickets during lunch today! (no tickets will be sold at the door)

Champs of Clay 2018

Starts in August 2018 - the 2nd annual "Champions of Clay" fundraiser - your participation is critical to staff and students of Clay Middle School!  This will replace the door-to-door cookie sales of years past.  We will be asking for $40 or more per student and 100% of your donation goes to school programs - every student directly benefits!  More details can be found on 'fundraising' tab.  You can donate here online with PayPal (see PayPal button in upper right corner of this webpage), or by turning in check to the front office within envelope marked "Attn: Champions of Clay - PTO"Thank you for your continued investment in our students, staff and school community!
