Volunteering

Whether you would like to make a difference in students’ lives, support the school, learn something new, or meet people, there is a volunteer role for you!

2017 Cherry Blossom Festival Co-Chairs Needed

The 2016 beach party was a tremendous success which is nearly set to be repeated next year…
       • The games and decorations are ready to go.
       • Experienced supporting committee members are on board.
       • However, this Cherry Tree tradition cannot continue
         without festival chairs.

We are looking for two co-chairs who will oversee committees for Games/Prizes, Food, Decorations, Program, Wristbands, and Cake Walk.

Thank you for considering this amazing, important and valuable role which comes with the huge reward of seeing the smiles on festival day!

Criminal History Checks

For the safety of our school community, all volunteers must have a current criminal history check on file. If you are new to Cherry Tree or if it has been more than 5 years since your last check, please complete a new report.
> Complete a Criminal History Check

Please note there is a $31.50 fee for your check, but it will remain updated for five years. You need only one report if you have children in multiple Carmel Clay Schools.

Financial assistance or a fee waiver may be available to families eligible for the free or reduced lunch program. Contact Echo Shappell-Ednie, Student Services Coordinator for more information.
