Battle of the Books!

Fourth and fifth grade students who read at least 5 titles from the list may join a team to participate in the YHBA Battle of the Books in the spring.

  • Teams are composed of 5 students from the same grade level.
  • Battles will take place during lunch starting in April.
  • Brackets for each grade level will be posted in the library, along with a schedule of battles.
  • All members of a team must be present for a battle.
  • Each team should bring a scorekeeper to each battle.
  • Each student on the winning teams of 4th and 5th graders will receive a trophy.

Come join the fun!
