This annual event will be filled with games, food, and FUN!
We hope all families will participate and VOLUNTEER!
Calling all MTE parents…it’s that time of year again! We are excited to announce Pow Wow 2013 will be held on Friday, March 1 from 5:30pm-8:30pm. This is such a fun event for MTE students, but we need your help in making the event a success. Be a hero for your kids and volunteer to help in a variety of areas as noted below.
It’s easy to sign up, just click the link(s) below, log-in with your e-mail address, and register for your spot. You will receive a confirmation from Volunteer Spot with your selection(s).
Classroom Parent – assist the volunteer coordinator as needed with recruiting parents from your classroom to work the games the night of Pow Wow as well as coordinate the collection of classroom donations for the silent auction basket. Click to register to be a Pow Wow Room Parent.
General Volunteer – provide work in one area the day of Pow Wow such as games, silent auction, concession, set-up, the Dads Tear Down Crew, etc. Volunteers will only be asked to work a portion of Pow Wow to allow you time to enjoy the event with your families if you desire. It takes over 200 volunteers to make this event run, and the funds raised are vital to the enrichment of our curriculum.
Additionally, early bird registration forms will be coming home in backpack mail on Friday, February 1. Please help your students and MTE make a difference!
