Background Check

 

Every adult who works with any child at school (in the classroom, on a field trip, in the media center, class parties, etc.) must have a criminal background check on file and must watch a short video on bullying.  The criminal background check is good for 5 years and is $31.50.  Please contact the OPE office at 848-1918 or hmullins@ccs.k12.in.us to register for one.

 

 

Important!

 

Every time you enter OPE you  must stop and receive a visitor's badge in the office.  You will first need to "buzz in" at the double entry doors.  ALL guests will wear a visitor badge while in the building and then check out when leaving.  If you have not had your driver's license scanned, please come by the office anytime to do so.  This will save you time for future visits.
