Book Fair

Ahoy there Mateys! Ye Be Invited to the Bookaneer Book Fair: Where Books are a Treasure!

Our media center will be transformed into our very own treasure chest full of books, November 14-21. Students have the opportunity to shop for books and gifts. Students alternate making wish lists and shopping during their computer lab and media center specials times.

Books are provided through Scholastic with 25% of sales going directly back to school. All family members near or far, can participate either at the school during the book fair or through the online book fair.

Teachers will also select books they want for their classroom libraries. These Wish Lists contain their favorite choices and are available for purchase during the week of the Fair. It's maks a great appreciation or holiday gift.

All For Books Charitable Donations

The Scholastic Book Fair is here, and we’re collecting loose change for Scholastic’s All for Books program. We are asking for loose change or for students to "top up" their book fair sale to the nearest dollar. The money we collect will be used to buy books for our chosen charity, the Kokomo School Corporation. In addition, for every $1 we collect Scholastic will donate 1 book to their charities. Please consider a donation to help spread the joy of reading to others.

If you do donate to All for Books, students get a chance at the Pencil Pull board. If they pick one of the winning pencils, you get one of the display posters on-sale at the book fair.
