About Me!

Hello! Welcome to Miss DiSalvo's Learners.

My name is Natalie DiSalvo. I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2011 with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. I student taught in Lawrence Township working with students in fourth and fifth grade in both general and special education. After graduation, I taught fourth grade for a semester during a medical leave and was an instructional assistant for special education working with students in first through third grade. From 2012-2015, I was a third grade teacher in Warren Township and collaborated with both second and third grade teachers continuously. Last year I taught 2/3 Challenge at West Clay with Claire Edwards!

I was born and raised in Geist. I attended St. Lawrence and St. Simon for elementary school and Bishop Chatard for high school. My favorite subjects growing up were math and writing. I absolutely loved art, physical education, and computer class as well.

I have several interests and hobbies outside of school. I enjoy being active and playing sports, such as volleyball, kickball, and flag football. I love to organize social events to meet more people and get to know the community. In my spare time, I like to visit my nieces, find new ways to incorporate lessons in a fun and interactive way, and spend time with my family.

I am extremely excited to be a part of West Clay and cannot wait to get to know your child!
