Gale Databases

Gale databases include Kids Infobits, an information database designed for students in grades K-5, Biography Resource Center, Student Resource Center - Junior.  You do not need a password to access these databases from school. Please go through mycss to access these databases from home.


Parents, PebbleGo is an award winning database designed specifically for K-3 emergent readers and researchers. It features more than hundreds of articles correlated to life science standard, animal audio and video, carefully leveled text, educational games, and innovative read-aloud capabilities. PebbleGo features easy to use searching tools, and introduces early learners to database and research concepts.

Students, enter the Animals, Earth and Space, Biographies or the Social Studies sites to learn all about your favorite concepts!

To use PebbleGo at home, you can find a link in the Databases widget in myCCS, or get the special username and password from your media specialist.


INSPIRE is Indiana's Virtual Library.  You do not need a password to access INSPIRE from school.  To access INSPIRE from home, go to the site to obtain a password.  Access is free to Indiana residents.
